Refund policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Our incense is handmade in small batches, and the scents may vary slightly. We can gladly exchange your order. If you would like to return your item for store credit or exchange, you must contact me within fourteen (14) days of delivery and ship the items back within twenty-one (21) days of delivery. Returns will result in store credit. 

Please note that custom or personalized orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
