Today, Symbolry is a Latina owned small business ran solely by myself and my husband. Symbolry's focus is on creating beautiful clean fragrances to fill your home with happiness, love, and comfort. We love to collaborate and build up other small businesses. While my uncle is dearly missed, we are grateful each and every day that we were left with the gift of Symbolry and we are happy to continue it's legacy.
Our History
Symbolry began life in 2014 as an Art Jewelry business specializing in original tarot and zodiac designs by artist/owner Chris Gonsalves in the East Bay Area of California. In 2016, Chris began developing incense products to sell alongside our jewelry designs. In 2017, our incense was picked up by the Oakland Museum of California for sale in their gift shop, and since then it's popularity has been spreading from Oakland out to the rest of America. Today, you can find Symbolry incense here on our website, on Etsy (we have over 7000 sales, 100's of 5 Star reviews, and a high percentage of repeat customers on Etsy!), at select retail partners. Unfortunately, Chris unexpectedly passed away in the summer of 2022. Symbolry is now ran by Chris's niece (Nayeli) and her husband in the Sacramento Area.
